OP-mobile for young people

Children and young people are able to use OP-mobile and Mobile key. Persons under 15 years of age will be able to check their account details and card transactions on OP-mobile and confirm card payments in online stores with Mobile key. With the consent of their guardians, persons over 12 years of age will also be able to identify themselves in services requiring strong identification, such as Studyinfo, My Kanta or Kela. 

How do I start using OP-mobile?

Wherever you are, it’s easy to start using OP-mobile. You only need OP's credentials, a smartphone or tablet and an internet connection.

 

 
1. On your smartphone or tablet, go to your app store (App Store or Google Play Store). 2. Type “OP-mobile” into the app store’s search field and tap Search. 3. Tap Install and verify the installation, if needed. 4. Search for the downloaded app from your device and open the app by tapping its icon. 5. Log in using your OP user ID and the key code list. 6. Check that the phone number that is linked to your user ID for further confirmation is correct. 7. Follow the app’s instructions for enabling Mobile key. 8. Now you can use OP-mobile. 9. Enable fingerprint or face login if your device supports this function. 1. On your smartphone or tablet, go to your app store (App Store or Google Play Store). 2. How to activate insurance services on OP-mobile with your own bank’s user IDs
  1. On your smartphone or tablet, go to your app store (App Store or Google Play Store).
  2. Type OP-mobile into the app store’s search field and tap Search.
  3. Tap Install and verify the installation, if needed.
  4. Search for the downloaded app from your device and open the app by tapping its icon.
  5. Select Continue without OP’s user IDs.
  6. On the page What would you like to do select Pohjola Insurance.
  7. Login with your own bank’s user IDs and follow the instructions in the app.

OP-mobile is being continuously updated. You can now:

  • Open an equity savings account on OP-mobile
  • Check the amount of OP bonuses as an owner-customer as well as the benefits provided by OP Financial Group and our partners
  • Identify yourself with a Mobile key when calling our customer service as a personal customer
  • Check your username, if you cannot remember it
  • Apply for OP Tailored Consumer Credit and Flexible Consumer Credit. You will get a credit decision within two banking days at the latest. You can draw down the credit on OP-mobile in the case of a positive decision
  • Purchase insurance products through OP-mobile and manage your insurance bills
