Benefits for Owner Plus customers
As an Owner Plus customer, you get additional benefits and more personal service.
Your personal contact person at your OP cooperative bank will guide and support you on matters related to loans or saving and investment solutions. When you contact our Customer Service, you will always be among the first to receive service. Additionally, your loan applications will be processed faster than usual.
You are also entitled to all owner-customer benefits and OP bonuses, which will change significantly on 1 January 2026. Moreover, as an Owner Plus customer, you will get a new insurance service benefit starting from January 2026. This benefit will expand the already comprehensive digital insurance services and make the handling of insurance matters on OP-mobile and the op.fi service easier. If you need personal assistance in your insurance and claims matters, you will have faster access to customer service.
The new service will be automatically available to you if you have insurance policies with Pohjola Insurance. You can find the service on OP-mobile under Customer info – Owner Plus insurance service and on the op.fi service under Customer info – Customer info and benefits – Owner Plus insurance service. You must be the policyholder to see the benefit.
You will also get the daily services package with an OP Gold card at the reduced price of EUR 3.95 per month, starting from 1 January 2026. For Owner Plus customers under 30 years, the price of the daily services package with an OP Gold card is EUR 2.00 per month.
The price of the OP Duo card for an Owner Plus customer is EUR 2.00 per month, starting from 1 January 2026. If you have the daily services package with the OP Gold card and you also have the OP Duo card, your total price will be EUR 5.95 per month. If you are under 30, the total price for OP Gold and OP Duo is EUR 4.00 per month.
