Sijoita kuin ammattilainen – OP-Pitkäaikaissalkku -erikoissijoitusrahasto on markkinoiden ensimmäinen ratkaisu, jolla olet tasapainoisesti mukana kaikissa kolmessa pääomaisuusluokassa, eli osakkeissa, korkosijoituksissa ja vaihtoehtoisissa sijoituskohteissa. Rahasto jäljittelee rakenteeltaan esimerkiksi työeläkeyhtiöiden sijoitussalkkuja, ja merkittävä osuus sen varoista kohdennetaan vaihtoehtoisiin sijoituskohteisiin, kuten pörssin ulkopuolelle sijoittaviin Private Equity -rahastoihin. Siksi OP-Pitkäaikaissalkun tuotto-odotus on korkeampi kuin perinteisissä kahden omaisuusluokan yhdistelmärahastoissa. Rahasto sopii pitkän aikavälin arvonnousua tavoittelevalle sijoittajalle, joka hyväksyy osakepainotteiselle rahastosijoittamiselle tyypillisen arvonvaihtelun.

Rahasto on aktiivisesti hoidettu. Perustilanteessa 40 prosenttia varoista on sijoitettu osakkeisiin, 20 prosenttia korkotuotteisiin ja 40 prosenttia vaihtoehtoisiin sijoituksiin. Vaihtoehtoiset sijoitukset toteutetaan ammattimaisille sijoittajille suunnatuilla tuotteilla, joihin yksityissijoittaja ei tavallisesti pääse mukaan. Nämä sijoitukset tehdään rahastoihin, jotka ovat luonteeltaan epälikvidejä, jonka takia rahaston lunastukset toteutetaan neljännesvuosittain. Voit merkitä rahastoa kuukausittain.

Vastuullisuus ohjaa rahaston sijoituksia. Rahastosta rajataan pois ympäristön tai yhteiskunnan kannalta haitallisia yhtiöitä, kuten lämpöhiilen tuottajia tai kiistanalaisten aseiden valmistajia. Lisäksi kiinnitämme huomiota siihen, miten rahaston yhtiöitä johdetaan. Läpivalaisemme kohdeyhtiöt säännöllisesti varmistaaksemme, että niissä noudatetaan muun muassa korruption torjunnan kansainvälisiä käytäntöjä.
