We will suspend orders for real estate funds
On 31 December 2024, the Board of Directors of OP Fund Management Company Ltd decided to temporarily suspend fund unit redemptions and subscriptions for OP-Rental Yield special common fund.
The suspension is temporary, and we are closely monitoring the market situation. We aim to reopen the funds for subscriptions and redemptions as soon as the real estate market stabilises.

Despite the temporary suspension of subscriptions and redemptions for the fund, professional portfolio management for the fund will continue in a normal way.
The OP-Rental Yield fund allows you to diversify your investments into apartments, commercial properties, and property development. The fund is suited for long-term investors who seek to broaden their portfolios beyond the stock market and accept the risks linked to illiquid assets.
The fund's investments focus on growth centers, and its returns mainly come from rental income from apartments. Managed by experienced real estate investment professionals, the fund emphasises convenient location, high quality, energy efficiency, and meeting return expectations. For commercial properties, attention is also paid to the technical characteristics of the property and the length of lease agreements. In our own development projects, we collaborate with reliable construction companies. Please note that assets cannot be withdrawn from buy orders for fund units are executed four times a year and sell orders twice a year.
Sustainability factors influence the fund’s investment decisions. The fund promotes sustainable urbanization by favoring infill development and energy-efficient solutions. Properties are selected so that services can be reached by walking, cycling, and public transportation. As a developer, the fund creates healthy homes that offer a quality alternative to home ownership.
