An error occurred in the debiting of service charges for July 2022 so that the charges for cards were not debited. For this reason, we will debit them from you in connection with the August service charges.
This is how we debit service charges
OP cooperative bank owner-customers automatically earn OP bonuses based on their monthly transactions. The service charges are primarily debited from OP bonuses.
- If you are an OP cooperative bank owner-customer, we’ll debit the August service charge primarily from your OP bonuses at the beginning of October. If you don’t have enough OP bonuses for this, we’ll debit your account for the service charge in November.
- If you are not an OP cooperative bank owner-customer, we’ll debit your account for the August service charge in November.
