The Pohjola Health Advisor service is available for all Pohjola Insurance customers daily 7–23 on 0100 5225 or via the Pohjola Hospital app chat.
• As a Pohjola Insurance customer, you have access to free health advice on whether you should see a doctor or how to treat your symptoms.
• When you contact the Health Advisor first, you will only pay the excess, if any, for the appointment.
• You will receive help with filling in the claim, as we take care of the loss report on your behalf.
• As our insurance customer, you can access the right care immediately. The Health Advisor will refer you directly to the appropriate professional or to a remote consultation. If there is no need to visit a doctor, you will get clear instructions for self care, ensuring your speedy recovery.
The cost of the call is the same as for normal local calls or domestic mobile call charges specified in your telephone service provider's price list.
The Pohjola Health Advisor service is provided by Pohjola Hospital Ltd. The insurance services are provided by Pohjola Insurance Ltd.

Pohjola Repair Advisor shops provide professional vehicle repair services. The Repair Advisor will also handle the loss report for you.
Pohjola Repair Advisors are at your service across Finland, and currently available in various localities. Pohjola Repair Advisors are repair shop partners selected by Pohjola Insurance. They offer professional and convenient services.
In the event of motor vehicle damage, you can go directly to the closest Repair Advisor shop. Our Repair Advisors will handle the loss report on your behalf.
If there are no Pohjola Repair Advisors near you, you can make use of our comprehensive and highly professional repair shop partner network. Please note, however, that in this case, you must first file a claim either in OP eServices or OP-mobile before turning to our partner.

Windscreen repair partners
Windscreen repair partners will repair damage to your windshield and will handle the loss report for you. Pohjola Insurance’s windscreen repair partners are at your assistance throughout Finland.
Our windscreen repair partner will file the loss report and handle the insurance claim on your behalf. You will repair the window damage and take care of the insurance claim handily in one go.

The direct claim processing for windscreen repair partner’s service requires that your vehicle is covered by Windscreen Cover. Windscreen Cover is an optional additional cover in Pohjola motor vehicle insurance.
Pohjola Insurance vehicle emergency service
Prompt advice and help on the road. Vehicle emergency service will arrange for a replacement car and towing services, if necessary.
If your vehicle does not start or your journey is interrupted due to a punctured tire, for example, the vehicle emergency service will help you get your wheels rolling again.
As our insurance customer, you can call the vehicle emergency service on 0303 0303. The vehicle emergency service is open 24/7 every day of the year. We will give you instructions over the phone in case of problems on the road. We will also check your insurance cover . If necessary, we will arrange for a replacement vehicle and our partner Falck to tow your vehicle.
You can also order a towing with an electronic form.
Towing costs are covered by the Emergency road service cover of your comprehensive motor vehicle insurance. Emergency road service is included in OP’s Super Motor Insurance, Standard Motor Insurance and Maxi Motor Insurance.
Replacement car service
In the event of a car or road accident, we will offer our insurance customers with a replacement car quickly and reliably. The replacement car service is provided by Pohjola Insurance’s partner Europcar or Avis.
You can make use of the replacement car service if your motor vehicle insurance includes an optional comprehensive motor vehicle insurance with consequential loss cover, in addition to motor liability insurance. Gigantti – home appliance and consumer electronics partner
If your home appliance breaks, you get a discount on the price of a new appliance, its installation at half price, and the old appliance taken away for free. The consumer electronics treatment also includes great customer benefits.
Gigantti is a partner of Pohjola Insurance that offers home appliances and consumer electronics. In the event of loss or damage, you can visit Gigantti directly and Gigantti will handle the loss report for you. Gigantti will assess the loss, take care of ordering the repair, and will also handle the claim settlement for you. If the device cannot be repaired, Gigantti will replace it with a new one.
You can call Gigantti’s national telephone service on 010 253 0106 and report the appliance or consumer electronics loss. We recommend checking the make and model of the broken device or appliance before contacting. Gigantti’s telephone service is open on weekdays 9–20 and on Saturdays 10–16.
The charge for calls from landline network and Finnish mobile subscriptions is €0.0835 per call + €0.167 per minute (VAT included).
As our insurance customer, you will be offered benefits from Gigantti in the case of losses. The customer benefits include:

Fonum and mcare – Mobile device servicing partners
Benefit of Fonum: You will receive the claim settlement decision directly at Fonum’s branch office. When you repair your phone at Fonum, you will receive and armoured glass for your phone without extra charge.
Benefit of mcare: mcare will provide an armoured glass for your iPhone in connection with the repair. Customers can also enjoy other benefits, more on this below.
If your phone or tablet is broken, you can go directly to our partner, Fonum. Fonum will provide you with quick help and a claim settlement decision. As an insurance customer, you will not be required to file a separate loss report, because Fonum will handle the claim settlement for you. You will only pay Fonum for the deductible, if any. If the device is not worth repairing, you can replace it with a new device through Fonum, in which case you will pay the deductible and any age reduction.
As a Pohjola Insurance customer, you can have an armoured glass for the most common phones and tablets without extra charge. Did you know that you will can get access to the benefit even if the indemnifiable sum for the phone or tablet damage is less than the deductible? After repairs, Fonum will provide a guarantee for the device equivalent to the one provided by the manufacture as well as lifetime guarantee for the repair.

Mcare is an independent repair shop authorised by Apple. As an insurance customer, you can easily have your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch repaired or replaced at a mcare shop.
If you wish to use mcare’s services, you must first report the loss on OP eServices or OP-mobile. After filing the loss report, you will receive more detailed instructions on how to use mcare’s services. After this, you will be able to take care of the claim directly with mcare. You will only pay mcare for the possible age reduction and deductible.
As a Pohjola Insurance customer, you can select an armoured glass for your iPhone without extra charge. You will also receive a backup copy for an iOS device without extra charge, if the device is replaced with a new one during repair. You will have access to specialist treatment quickly from our partner opticians in the event that your spectacles are broken or your sunglasses are stolen, for example. Benefit: Our veterinary clinic partners offer expert treatment for your pet, and they will file compensation claims for you.
Pohjola Insurance has various veterinary clinic partners. You can visit our veterinary clinic partners directly when your pet is in need of treatment due to illness or injury.
Our veterinary clinic partners offer expert treatment for your pet, and they will file compensation claims for you. At the clinic, you only pay your pet’s policy’s deductible for the covered treatment. The clinic will charge Pohjola Insurance directly for the rest.

Free forest damage assessment from a local forest partner
Pohjola Insurance has forest partners throughout Finland, who will make forest damage assessments. Forest partners are local forest management associations or forest service providers.
Pohjola Insurance will ask a forest partner for an assessment of the extent of damage and will arrange a visit to the site of damage if necessary. Forest partners bill Pohjola Insurance directly for the service.
