Apply for a repayment holiday or make changes to your repayment plan
During a repayment holiday, you will pay only interest
You can apply for a repayment holiday for your bank loan. During a repayment holiday, you will not repay the loan capital but only the interest.
Depending on your repayment method, a repayment holiday will either extend your loan term or increase the monthly repayment. You can apply for a repayment holiday of 1–12 months but its duration will always be determined based on your overall situation.
You can change the repayment amount or the due date
Do you want to make changes to your future loan repayments? You can change your loan repayment amount or the due date on op.fi or OP-mobile.
Any changes are subject to a charge based on the bank's list of service charges and fees. The charge will be debited at the time of repayment. The processing of your application for change will take 1–3 working days.
If you have taken out the loan together with another person, both borrowers must confirm the application for change. You can do it on op.fi with your OP eServices user identifiers.
You can file an application for change on OP-mobile, too. Log into OP-mobile and find your loan details under Loans. Select the loan to which you want to apply for changes. Tap Information and apply for a change by selecting Change repayment plan.
