How to redeem the benefit on OP-mobile

1. If you don’t have OP-mobile yet, download it from an app store. Activate the app with OP's User ID.
2. On OP-mobile, scroll down, and select Others
3. then select Owner-customer
4. Then select Partner benefits and CityShoppari. Click on the Apply button to receive a personal password. Copy the password.

Download the CityShoppari app onto your device from the app store.

Open the CityShoppari app. Enter your phone number and select Continue. You will receive a six-digit confirmation code that you can enter into the provided field. Depending on your device’s settings, this may happen automatically. This way, we confirm the authenticity of your phone number. In future, the phone number will serve as your username. 

Select Olen liitto- tai yritysasiakas ja minulla on henkilökohtainen salasana – rekisteröidy tästä (I am a union or a corporate customer, and I have a personal password – register here).  

Enter the password you received from OP-mobile in the field. Finally, fill in your email address and select Rekisteröidy (Register).

As an OP cooperative bank owner-customer, you get CityShoppari free of charge for one year at a time (normally €19.90 per year). As our owner-customer, the benefit is automatically renewed each year. You can continue using CityShoppari free of charge without needing to enter a new password.
