Your user ID is personal. Never give or disclose it to anyone – not even a bank or the authorities would ever ask you for it.
A user ID for OP's digital services consists of the following elements:
- Mobile key
- key code list
- the phone number linked to your user ID to use for further confirmation
You can log into services and confirm transactions using your username, password and key code list or Mobile key. Sometimes a further confirmation is also needed when you want to view account details or confirm payments. We will then send you an SMS containing the details required for further confirmation. Please make sure you have linked your personal phone number (further confirmation phone number) to your user ID.
On OP's mobile apps, you can activate the Mobile key. You can then log into these apps and confirm transactions with your Mobile key PIN. To enable the Mobile key, you need your username, password and key code list. Your personal phone number also needs to be linked to your user ID as a further confirmation phone number.
Please note that we will not send you an SMS required for further confirmation each time you use the services. SMSes and Mobile key confirmation requests are always sent in real time when you are using your user ID. Check that the information in the SMS or confirmation request matches the transaction you are performing at the time. Only confirm transactions that you are making yourself. If the transaction requires further confirmation, you may also receive an SMS about this when using Mobile key.
If any of the information does not match, is wrong, or you are not using your user ID at the time, do not confirm the transaction.
OP will always send the SMSes required for further confirmation from number +358407118180 and they are signed by OP.
