Becoming a customer – How can my company start using OP’s services? What information do I need to become a customer?

If you already have a user ID for OP’s digital services, you can open an account for a private trader (one-person company) or limited liability company and activate banking services easily online.

If you want to activate services for a company of other type or an association, please book an appointment with the nearest OP cooperative bank branch.

Knowing a corporate customer – Why does bank ask for various information in the course of your company’s customer relationship with us? How can I update my company’s customer information?

We regularly ask for information about your company in the course of your customer relationship in order to meet our statutory customer due diligence obligations to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. If any changes occur in customer information, the company must update the bank on its customer information.

Please check that your customer information has been updated during the last 12 months. Your company’s representative can check and update your company’s customer information on the op.fi service.

Company’s phone number and email address – How can I update the details?

Please remember to update your company’s phone number and email address. In that way you ensure receiving current information about our services and tips for entrepreneurship. 

The company's digital services administrator can update the company's email address and phone number by logging into the op.fi service.

If your company is not using our digital services, you can inform us of the phone number and email address by calling our Telephone Service on 0100 05151.
