Indoor Group bankruptcy – how to make a card claim

Indoor Group, which owns Asko and Sotka, filed for bankruptcy on 9 February 2026. The Helsinki District Court decided to initiate bankruptcy proceedings on 10 February 2026. If a product you paid for with your card has not been delivered due to the bankruptcy, read the instructions for making a card claim.

Do this if you paid for your purchase with a card

  • File a card claim according to the instructions at op.fi/card-complaint.
  • If you have paid for your purchase with the credit feature, you will receive a decision on your claim and a possible refund more quickly.
  • If you have paid for your purchase with the debit feature, you will receive a decision and a possible refund once it has been determined whether the money can be recovered from Indoor Group's bank according to Visa's international rules.

Make a claim immediately and attach an order confirmation showing that the delivery should have taken place after the bankruptcy proceedings began.

Do this if you do not receive a refund through a card claim or if you have paid for your purchase in another way (for example, through online banking)

If you do not receive a refund through a card claim, you can contact the bankruptcy trustee and monitor your claims in the bankruptcy proceedings. However, recovering funds in this way is very uncertain.
