This is the FirstVet Pup Advisory Service
The Pup Advisory Service is a service for pups and kittens under 1 year of age offered by FirstVet. During the virtual visit, the veterinarian will give you information on the pup stage of your pet, its development and what you should consider at various stages of the pet’s life. If you want, you can have more information on the breed of your pet, and you can ask the vet questions about the pup stage of your pet.
After the Pet Advisory consultation you will get a comprehensive package on the most frequent health problems of your pup or kitten, and on the prevention of them to your email.
How to utilise the fixed-term Pup Advisory Service benefit
1. Protect your pet with a Pohjola Dog Insurance or a Pohjola Cat insurance policy no later than 30 November 2019, and include medical treatment expenses insurance for costs relating to health care.
2. Download the FirstVet app to your mobile device, create a user account and add the data of your pup or kitten. Remember to mention the breed of your pup or kitten.
3. Utilise the Pup Advisory Service benefit no later than 30 November 2019 by booking a consultation in the FirstVet app on a weekday at 08.00-18.00. Write the words Pup Advisory Service in the pre-information field.
4. The consultancy is conducted as a video call via your mobile device. Open the FirstVet app before the consultation starts, and be ready when the veterinarian calls you.
