As a banking customer of OP, you can now identify yourself electronically in Pohjola Insurance’s 010 numbers as well

On 23 January 2025, electronic identification will become available in Pohjola Insurance’s direct 010 service numbers for the personal and corporate customers of OP’s banking services. In future, a banking customer of OP may identify themselves electronically in all service numbers of Pohjola Insurance and OP Life Assurance Company.

OP banking customers will be offered the opportunity to identify themselves when in the call queue, so have your OP user ID ready before you start the call. You will be given identification instructions while queuing. Electronic identification will be possible for both personal and corporate customers, and can also be done during a call. If you receive a call about insurance from Pohjola Insurance or OP Life Assurance Company, you can identify yourself during the call in OP-mobile or OP Business mobile.
