OP banking customers will be offered the opportunity to identify themselves when in the call queue, so have your OP user ID ready before you start the call. You will be given identification instructions while queuing. Electronic identification will be possible for both personal and corporate customers, and can also be done during a call. If you receive a call about insurance from Pohjola Insurance or OP Life Assurance Company, you can identify yourself during the call in OP-mobile or OP Business mobile.
