Phishing emails about the replacing of key code lists are now being sent in OP's name.
The email claims that
- key code lists will be deactivated on 30 September, and customers must update their old key code list by clicking the button ("Jatka päivitykseen")
- use of the account will be prevented until the update has been completed.

This kind of messages are sent by criminals. The websites accessed through the links are scam sites that aim to obtain your banking user identifiers.
OP indeed is replacing key code lists, and use of the old type of key code lists will be prevented during the autumn. However, OP will never send you a request to replace your key code list via email, private message on social media or SMS. OP always sends messages securely to the customer's digital service or by letter to their home.
If you have received the above message, clicked on the link, and logged into the website using your banking user identifiers, call the OP Deactivation Service immediately at 0100 0555. It is open 24/7. Also, contact OP Customer Service at 0100 0500. Never take a photo of your key code list and share it with anyone.
If you detected phishing in OP's name via messages or phone but did not click on the link or provide your banking user identifiers, you can delete the message and forward it to OP for information to tietoturvailmoitukset@op.fi (emails will not be replied to). For other matters, please contact our Customer Service.
