Welcome to the meeting

You’ll need these in the meeting

Check the time and place of the meeting from the confirmation message you received by e-mail: whether it is at an OP branch, by telephone or online.

Then please read our instructions in order for the meeting to proceed as smoothly as possible.

  • Update information in the Trade Register / Register of Associations.
  • Update customer details via the op.fi service or OP-mobile.

In order for our meeting to run smoothly, make sure that you have filled in a financing application with attachments before our meeting. 

If you can't fill in the financing application for one reason or another but you have OP user ID, you can send the following documents as an attachment to the online message:

  • Financial statements for the latest financial year
  • The latest income statement and balance sheet if more than six months have passed since the balance sheet date
  • Extract from the minutes of the Board meeting
  • Budgets and a business plan for early-stage companies

 

Consider this before the meeting

Please prepare for the meeting by checking and, if needed, completing your customer information on OP's online service for small corporate and institutional customers. This way your meeting will go quicker.

The confirmation message tells you how you will meet a specialist

Take out the above information or documents needed for the meeting, related to the issues you want to discuss. Our specialist will call you at the time of the meeting. If you have an OP-mobile app, you can ensure that the call you are receiving is really from an OP cooperative bank.

You can join an online meeting either in the op.fi service or OP’s mobile app.

Participation on op.fi

  1. Open op.fi in your web browser and log in with your OP user ID.
  2. Go to Asiakaspalvelu (Customer Service) and select Verkkoneuvottelu (Online meetings).
  3. Follow the instructions on the meeting page and keep it open in the background when joining the online meeting.

 

Participation through OP’s mobile app

  1. Make sure that you have the Teams meeting app on your device. If you don’t have the app yet, download it from your device’s app store well in advance of your meeting.
  2. Log in to OP’s mobile app with your OP user ID.
  3. After logging in, open the More menu and select Customer service.
  4. In the Customer service menu, select Online meetings. Choose Join the meeting by the online meeting that is about to start.
  5. Follow the instructions on the meeting view and keep it open in the background when joining the online meeting.

Take your valid personal ID document, issued by the Finnish authorities, with you to the branch.

  • An ID card issued after 1 March 1999, or a passport or diplomatic passport. 
  • A driving licence issued to a Finnish citizen after 1 October 1990 will serve as an ID document in matters other than those related to entering into an OP digital services agreement or activating a user ID.

 

Editing and cancelling an appointment

You can edit and cancel your appointment on the Your appointments page. On OP-mobile you can find appointments under More/Customer service.

If needed, please contact our customer service.

If you booked an appointment without logging in, you will need an appointment code which you can see in the confirmation message sent to you. Please note that you can’t cancel the meeting by SMS.
