We continue to develop services that can be used with another bank’s user ID. Soon, you can have all your important messages sent to the op.fi service instead of receiving paper letters, even if you didn’t have OP’s user ID. In future, you will also have your savings and investment reports available on the service.

If you do have OP’s user ID, we recommend using it when logging in so that you can use all our services.

Get access to all services with OP’s user ID

You get access to all features of the op.fi service by getting an OP user ID. You can get the user ID by visiting any OP cooperative bank branch.

Remember to bring with you a valid passport or identity card to the branch. A driving licence is no longer accepted as a valid ID document in matters related to online service user IDs.

With OP’s user ID, you can also start using OP-mobile, allowing you to take care of your banking and insurance easily and securely on the app.
