Gigantti serves Pohjola Home Insurance customers at its nationwide service number. The long office hours of the service number ensure you will receive help when the loss occurs. The telephone service is open on weekdays 9–20 and on Saturdays 10–16.
Please note that the claims processing can only be performed in the telephone service and not in the stores.
Gigantti will process the loss event from start to finish, from reporting the loss to the cash compensation or the acquisition of a replacement device. When you contact Gigantti by phone, you do not need to make a loss report yourself. Gigantti will file the loss report on your behalf and will submit it to Pohjola Insurance.
Gigantti offers benefits and discounts for the new device when you contact Gigantti directly in connection with the loss event. Gigantti will describe the current discounts when you contact them. The benefits offered by Gigantti to Pohjola Insurance customers include:
