OP-Private Strategy 50 Fund

The OP-Private Strategy 50 balanced fund is an effortless and balanced wealth management solution for OP Private clients. The fund invests mainly in global stock and fixed income markets, ensuring that your portfolio is diversified with both stock investments with a high expected return and fixed income products that increase stability. The fund also invests in alternative asset classes, such as corporate bonds, hedge funds, real estate and infrastructure.

As the fund's unitholder, your investment is managed by OP Asset Management's experienced portfolio management team, which has in-depth expertise of different investment products. Under normal conditions, half of the fund's assets are allocated to stocks, 40% to fixed income products and 10% to alternative investments. We also provide our OP Private clients with access to alternative investments that are generally unavailable to retail investors. The fund's investments are typically made through other funds, ensuring a global diversification across several sectors with a single product.

The OP-Private Strategy 50 fund focuses on companies with long-term return potential. Because of this, industries categorised as harmful to the environment or society are excluded from investments. These include thermal coal production and the manufacture of controversial weapons. The fund's investments are also screened regularly to ensure compliance with international norms related to anti-corruption, for example.
