Pohjola Hospital will merge with Pihlajalinna on February 1 - The services of Pohjola Insurance remain unchanged for customers with personal insurance

Pihlajalinna will gain ownership of Pohjola Hospital at the beginning of February. Despite this change, Pohjola Insurance services will continue as usual for customers with personal insurance.

If you have any health concerns, you can contact a Pohjola Health Advisor, reachable by phone (0100 5225) or the application’s chat service. The Health Advisor could previously be reached through the Pohjola Hospital application, but the application will be renamed Health Advisor when the ownership changes.

Our Health Advisor will evaluate your symptoms and, if necessary, book you an appointment with one of our partner doctors. The Pohjola Health Advisor service is free of charge for all Pohjola Insurance customers with personal insurance.

If your treatment has already started at Pohjola Hospital, the treatment will continue at the hospital as agreed.
