The Summer Jobs Paid for by OP campaign offers work to thousands of young people from ages 15 to 17

The Summer Jobs Paid for by OP campaign supports young people's employment and financial skills. A summer job is important for many young people as it offers them the opportunity to learn about work life and gain work experience. Earning an income also motivates young people to plan their finances better.

Supporting youth employment is part of OP Financial Group's sustainability programme.

We encourage associations and young people around Finland to apply for the campaign!

How can young people apply for summer jobs?

Young people aged 15–17 can apply for jobs within the Summer jobs paid for by OP campaign from 4 March to 31 March 2024. You can apply for more than one job through our campaign, but you can only be selected for one summer job paid for by OP.

Available summer jobs are listed on the webpage of your local OP cooperative bank. The list of banks can be found at the bottom of this page. Be sure to check the application period as it may vary slightly depending on the region. If you have any questions about a summer job, the contact information for associations is listed on the bank's webpage.

Send your application for a summer job directly to the association offering the job. You can write the application in your own words. Include at least the following:

• your personal details and contact information: name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email 
• the job you are applying for and why you should be selected
• who you are as a person and what kind of employee you could be for the association
• where you study and what languages you speak
• what work experience or volunteer experience you have.

*The applicant can be 14 years old, if they turn 15 later this year.
