You should check the content and information of your insurance in conjunction with any change in the insurance period, moving, travelling, changes in family situation and major purchases, for example. You should also add your account number to the information so that any compensations can be paid quickly. We have gathered the most important links on this page. How to combine your household’s insurance policies

Financial details refer to people in the same family and living at the same address. Combining the household pays off: if your household has insurance policies from at least three insurance categories, you will receive prime customer’s benefits for all members of your household. 

You can change financial details by contacting our Customer Service by phone, on op.fi or through OP-mobile. As an OP cooperative bank’s customer, you can also visit an OP cooperative bank branch. Sending an online message to our customer service is easy:

1. Log in to the op.fi service or through OP-Mobile.
2. Contact our Customer Service at Messages, select Claims and Insurance as the topic and tell them that you want to combine your household’s insurance policies into one.
3. Customer Service will ask you to provide the necessary information about your household’s members and then combine your household’s insurance policies.
