Responsibility is an integral part of OP’s values and mission, and at the core of our business and strategy. We are updating our materiality analysis and CSR programme and will use the CSR survey results for this purpose. Through the survey, we aim to identify and understand the CSR questions our stakeholders find most important now and in the future.
- To be a genuinely responsible corporate citizen, we must work together with our stakeholders and base our CSR programme on their opinions alongside our values. As we are now updating our CSR programme, we want to know how our customers feel about these things. Therefore, I encourage all our stakeholders to complete the survey, says Kati Ihamäki, director in charge of corporate social responsibility at OP Financial Group.
