The following services will not be available from 18.00 on Saturday 4 May until 12.00 on Sunday 5 May:
- Buying insurance policies for personal customers
- Ordering cards and increasing credit limits
- Applying for a home loan and applying for a secured consumer loan
- Corporate loan applications
- Using another bank’s user identifiers to become our customer
- Enabling the use of digital services with another bank’s user identifiers
- In addition, occasional interruptions will occur in the display of personal customer insurance information and in loss reporting.
The maintenance will not affect payment card functions or cash withdrawals.
