Interruption in some of our services on 4–5 May

There will be an interruption in some of our services due to maintenance from 18.00 on Saturday 4 May until 12.00 on Sunday 5 May. During the maintenance, we will update and develop our services to guarantee continued high-quality service provision for our customers. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience.  

Occasional interruptions may occur in the following services between 22.00 on Saturday 4 May and 7.00 on Sunday 5 May: 

  • OP’s digital services  
  • Identification 
  • Online payment 

The following services will not be available from 18.00 on Saturday 4 May until 12.00 on Sunday 5 May: 

  • Buying insurance policies for personal customers 
  • Ordering cards and increasing credit limits 
  • Applying for a home loan and applying for a secured consumer loan 
  • Corporate loan applications 
  • Using another bank’s user identifiers to become our customer 
  • Enabling the use of digital services with another bank’s user identifiers 
  • In addition, occasional interruptions will occur in the display of personal customer insurance information and in loss reporting. 

The maintenance will not affect payment card functions or cash withdrawals.
