Changes in our service charges and terms and conditions as of 1 June 2022

We will change the charges and terms and conditions of some our services in the beginning of June.

We will inform our personal customers of the new prices and other changes during March, either by message on OP-mobile and the op.fi service or by letter. We will notify you of the incoming message by SMS. You can find all our valid charges and fees at op.fi/hinnasto and terms and conditions at op.fi/terms-and-conditions.

We continue to provide our owner-customers with the best benefits

We wish to provide the best price benefits to our owner-customers. The monthly charge for a current account will rise from 2.00 euros to 2.50 euros, but this increase will not apply to owner-customers. A current account is still free of charge for owner-customers. The majority of our customers are owner-customers.

We will provide even better benefits to our young owner-customers by lowering the charges for our daily service packages. For example, in future, the daily service package with the OP Classic, OP Debit, OP Basic or OP Electron and OP Duo cards will cost 26–29-year-old owner-customers 2.00 euros per month instead of the earlier 5.95 euros.

A current account is free of charge for those under 26 years.

How does the bank charge its service fees?

We debit service charges and fees automatically from your account every month. If you are an OP cooperative bank owner-customer, we will debit the charges primarily from the OP bonuses that you have earned.
