Customers rated OP Corporate Bank as number one in the following categories: proactivity, industry understanding and understanding customers’ strategic goals. According to the survey, customers also value OP Corporate Bank’s long-term customer relationships and commitment. The company representatives also gave OP Corporate Bank an excellent rating for the support received during the corona pandemic.

As in previous years, OP Corporate Bank got its best product area specific ratings for financing and trade finance.
KANTAR SIFO Prospera is an annual survey measuring customer satisfaction. Out of the 73 large Finnish corporations (sales min. EUR 500m) to whom the survey was targeted (2019: 79), CFOs and heads of Group Treasury of a total of 56 corporations responded this year. In the survey, company representatives rated corporate banks relevant to them using various different quality criteria.
