As of 2 January 2020, the Insurance Services number 0303 0303 for private customers will be open on weekdays from 8.00 to 19.00. The opening hours of chat services for customers logged in the online eServices will also be extended from 8.00 to 19.00. With this change, we want to provide a better customer experience and ensure fast and easy access to our services.
The change has no effect on the service hours for banking customers, claims settlement or insurance for corporate customers
