We are temporarily reducing the telephone service hours for Pohjola Insurance occupational accident and disease claims from 15 March

As of 15 March 2022, our telephone service for occupational accident and occupational disease claims is open Mon–Fri 12–17 (tel. 0303 0303 and 0100 5335).

We are temporarily reducing the telephone service hours because our claims processing is currently very busy and we are focusing on processing loss reports. We provide service as usual in other insurance and claims matters Mon–Fri 8–17.

We will contact you if we need additional information for the claims settlement and will inform you of the claim settlement decision as soon as we have processed your loss report.

We try to process payment commitment requests as quickly as possible, usually within 2–5 weekdays. Once the payment commitment has been processed, our partner doctor will call you to agree on an appointment for the examination or procedure.

Thank you for your patience. We will do our utmost to serve you as well as possible in the event of loss.
