Corporate mobile services were upgraded

You can use OP-mobile to handle your company’s banking and insurance.

You’ll find the full range of familiar corporate services, and personal banking and insurance services, on OP-mobile. Choose OP-mobile if you take care of personal and corporate banking matters through your OP User ID. 

In future, you can only log into OP Business mobile if you handle matters on behalf of your company through an OP Corporate User ID.

  • When logging into OP-mobile, you can select whether to use the service in your company’s name or for personal matters. You can change the customer role at any time without having to log out – just use the button at the top of the Money view.
  • Please note that your company must have a valid Corporate Agreement for Digital Transactions and you must have the right to use our digital services on behalf of your company.

Go to the app store, download OP-mobile onto your device and login using your OP user ID. 

Who will use OP Business mobile from now on?

If you do not use our services for personal customers, or have a separate OP Corporate User ID for parallel use of corporate services, you should continue to do your company’s banking and use Mobile key via OP Business mobile.

What to do if you’ve lost your user ID?

You can check your username on OP-mobile: More – Settings – Identification.

If you’ve lost your current key code list but remember your username and password, you can order a new key code list by messaging us via the op.fi service. Your old key code list will be deactivated at the same time.

You can also order a key code list by phone at 0100 05151 (Mon–Fri 8–16 local/mobile network rate).

No, you can’t check your password. You can try to log into the op.fi service and see if you remember your four-digit password correctly.

The password has four digits, and you’ll need it when you select the key code list as identification method on the op.fi service, for example. You created the password yourself when you logged in for the first time.

If you’ve forgotten your password and are using an OP Corporate User ID, you’ll need a new OP Corporate User ID. You can order a new OP Corporate User ID online. Your old user ID will be deactivated at the same time. Your new OP Corporate User ID will arrive by post within about a week.

Order an OP Corporate User ID

In an urgent case, please visit a bank branch. Bring a valid ID card or passport for identification. If you’re ordering a new OP Corporate User ID, a driving licence is also accepted.
