On 14 October 2005, Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company ("Suomi") and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company ("Ilmarinen") notified the Company that the size of the holdings of both these companies calculated separately exceeded five (5) per cent of the Company's registered capital and total number of shares on 14 October 2005.
In addition, OP Bank Group Central Cooperative ("Central Cooperative") notified the Company on 14 October 2005 that the aggregate size of holdings of the Central Cooperative and its subsidiaries and close affiliates under its control fell below one-third of the Company's registered share capital and total number of shares.
