Since the launch of My profile at op.fi in March 2018, most of our customers have already viewed their personal data related to being an OP customer. Now My profile also includes Settings and management.
Settings and management was previously an independent section under op.fi, but now you can find all key details and settings related to the management of your customer relationship easily in one place.
My profile includes the following sections and contents:
• Consents: permissions and powers of attorney
• My benefits: owner-customer membership
• Communication: digital communication and ordering messages/notifications
• My eServices: key details of your customer relationship
• My archive: agreements and documents
• Security: use of services
My profile is available at op.fi. Once you have logged in, you can see My profile on the right-hand side of the page, under your name.
