SMS confirmation will be introduced on OP Accessible as of 2 April

The use of the key code list will change on OP Accessible as of 2 April 2020. This means changes in login and the confirmation of payments. When required, the use of the key code list will be confirmed with an SMS.

The reason for this change is new EU regulation that brings changes to the Payment Services Act.

How to log in and confirm payments on OP Accessible

  1. Log into the service by typing your username and password and select Log in.
  2. You will, if necessary, receive an SMS which shows a serial number of the key code that is needed for confirmation. You will not receive an SMS every time, then you will log in just like before.
  3. Find the key code corresponding to the serial number on your key code list and type it on the service. In the SMS, we will show the key code list serial number without the leading zeros.
  4. Confirm payments with an SMS and the key code list.

Check your phone number for further confirmation

For login and confirmation, you will need a mobile phone that can receive SMSes. The number must have been linked to your user ID as a so-called further confirmation number.

When logging in and confirming payments, you may receive an SMS telling you which key code to use on your key code list. Receiving confirmation SMSes is free of charge for you, and you shouldn’t reply to these SMSes. The bank’s SMSes will be sent from number +358 40 711 8180, and they are signed by OP.

In order to continue smoothly using your user ID on OP Accessible, please check as soon as possible that your details are up to date. For further information and instructions, log in to OP Accessible.
