We are upgrading our electronic claims handling services in stages

The old loss report will be phased out gradually by the new service. The latest update concerns the loss report available at op.fi.

If your company has activated the Link Service, you can use it to file loss reports in the old format for the time being.

Updates in the occupational and leisure-time accident report

The Workers' Compensation Act places requirements on reporting on occupational accidents. For this reason, the occupational accident report includes mandatory questions.  The report is designed to allow the questions to be answered as easily and quickly as possible in our new digital service.  In the report, we only ask for mandatory information needed to handle the claim, and the questions are adapted based on your answers.

Under law, the employer’s representative must file the report on an employee’s occupational accident. Persons who are authorised to handle your company’s insurance matters on op.fi can file accident reports. To access the new accident report, log into the op.fi service and select employee’s occupational accident as the type of loss.
