The opening hours of our customer service for private customers will change on 1 October 2019. Starting from the beginning of October, the telephone service and chat for private customers are available Mon–Fri 8–19. The change concerns the nationwide phone number for banking services, 0100 0500. The insurance customer service opening hours will remain the same.
