Such an order can be made by:
- company representatives themselves or
- they can also authorise (mandate) an accounting firm or their employees to act on its behalf. Such authorisation can be given electronically on the Suomi.fi Web Service.

With a single order, you’ll get all the required records from OP Financial Group. If you like, you can order company records with a single order.
You’ll be notified by email when your records are ready for downloading from the OP Accounting Records Service. The same records will be at the disposal of the company’s representatives and other mandated persons. You can log into the service by using OP’s or other banks’ user identifiers.
