A strike in the ICT sector continues to limit the opening hours for telephone service

The opening hours of our telephone service for card-related matters will shorten due to a strike in the ICT sector.

During the strike, our telephone service for card-related matters is available Mon–Fri 8–16. The service may be busier than usual. Card-related customer service via the chat feature will be available until 22.00 from Monday to Friday, as normal.

The strike continues until further notice. We will return to normal service hours as soon as the strike ends.

Our Deactivation Service will remain open around the clock and cards will work normally

The strike will only affect the opening hours of the telephone customer service for card-related matters. You can deactivate your card and OP user ID normally, at any time around the clock. The number of the Deactivation Service is 0100 0555.

Similarly, the strike will not affect cards’ functioning or their security.

You can handle most matters related to your card on a self-service basis on OP-mobile or the op.fi service

For example, on OP-mobile or the op.fi service you can apply for a new card, order a new PIN and change your card’s spending and withdrawal limits.
Our chatbot, Opotti, will help you with card-related matters 24/7.
