We will provide investment services only in Finland. If your permanent address is outside Finland, you will not be able to make new investments through us or get investment advice from us. This is based on regulation concerning the provision of investment services as well as our specified policy of providing investment services only in Finland.
Changes on OP-mobile and the op.fi service
In future, you cannot make new investments or changes to your existing investments on OP-mobile or the op.fi service. The change will enter into force on 30 October 2022. If your permanent address is outside Finland, you cannot make new investments in the above-mentioned channels after said date.
The status of living abroad is determined by your permanent address registered in the Population Information System. If your live abroad longer than 12 months, the system interprets it as permanent residence abroad.
What should I do with my existing holdings?
You can keep your existing holdings, such as shares, fund units, monthly investment agreements and the OP Investment Partner service. If you want to sell your holdings, please contact OP Customer Service.
Please note that notwithstanding the above, our customers can continue to manage their existing agreements on saving through insurance on OP-mobile and the op.fi service and with OP Life Assurance Company Ltd’s Customer Service.
If you want to make new investments, we recommend that you turn to a bank operating in your country of residence.
