An OP-Visa Platinum package costs 50.00 euros per month, including the card’s monthly charge of 2.95 euros and the supplementary services linked to the card.
Supplementary services for the card
Pohjola Travel Insurance includes both insurance of the person and luggage insurance. In addition to you, those insured are members of your family aged under 18. You do not have to pay for your trip with the card for the insurance policies to be valid.
Travel insurance is valid for journey of a maximum of 45 days during your leisure time everywhere in the world. In Finland, travel insurance is valid on journeys with a straight-line distance of over 50 kilometres from the home, place of work or study or holiday home of the insured. The insurance cover is not, however, valid at the above locations or on journeys between them.

Your OP-Visa Platinum card includes Travel Cancellation Cover issued by Pohjola Insurance Ltd. The Travel Cancellation Cover included in your OP-Visa Platinum
enables you to improve your insurance coverage considerably in case you need to cancel your journey abroad. When you have paid your journey abroad or the related services using your OP-Visa Platinum as a credit card, you can cancel your journey for any reason, say, due to a work-related obstacle. You are entitled to 75% compensation of the amount of costs arising from cancellation if you have to cancel a journey abroad, the related accommodation or various journey-related services, such as a rental car, excursion, concert tickets, diving lessons etc.

Product Protection Insurance covers your purchases paid with OP-Visa’s credit and debit facilities in Finland, abroad and in online stores. The insurance covers purchases that conform to the terms and conditions for 180 days from the time when the card-holder acquires the item.
Product Protection Insurance may provide cover, for example, if your brand-new spectacles get broken, your new tablet falls to the floor or ground and gets broken or the screen of your mobile phone is damaged. If a problem occurs in a good or service bought with the card’s credit feature, you can claim a refund from the credit card company. You can do so in cases of non-delivery or disappearance of goods in transit, a fault in the product which the company refuses to rectify, or if the merchant goes bankrupt.
You will also be protected if your airline or tour operator goes bankrupt. In addition, you can request a refund from the credit card company if an airline or tour operator cancels a journey but does not compensate you for it.
Purchase Protection Insurance is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If the merchant is in breach of contract and you paid for a good or service by credit, you can present a claim to the credit card company as well as the merchant. The abovementioned situations are cases of breach of contract.

The OP-Visa Platinum card comes with two key chains equipped with a personal number. The person who has found the keys is asked to drop them in the nearest post box. The keys will be delivered the keys to you as registered mail.

- An OP-Visa Platinum package costs 50.00 euros per month, including the card’s monthly charge of 2.95 euros and the supplementary services linked to the card.
- The interest rate is the 3-month Euribor + 8.95 percentage points if the credit has debt with interest.
- The monthly account service charge is 3.50 euros if the credit has debt with interest.
The effective interest rate calculated for used credit of 2,000 euros is 15.07% (6/2021). This calculation is based on the assumption that the card’s monthly charge is 2.95 euros and the monthly account service charge 3.50 euros, that the credit interest rate, fees and charges remain constant throughout the credit period, and the credit is repaid in 12 identical monthly instalments. The estimated total amount payable is 2,156.15 euros.

Visa Secure (previously Verified by Visa) is a service that enhances online payment security. Both the merchant and buyer are reliably authenticated on the service. To see whether a webshop uses this service, look for the Visa Secure logo.
Add your card to Apple Pay or Pivo. These payment apps enable you to pay in stores and online with just your smartphone. You don’t need your card or card details at the time of payment.
Paying with Apple Pay or Pivo at a store is contactless, you just take your smartphone near the reader. You can also pay for purchases of over 50 euros.
