Getting started with using our digital services

Do you have an OP user ID but haven’t used it yet? We’ve put together a beginner’s guide to help you use our digital services.

To use the digital services, you need

  • OP's user ID
  • Key code list
  • Mobile phone to receive SMSes. Your login and payments are verified by SMS, if necessary.

Please remember that your user ID serves as your personal ID document on the web. Never give or borrow it to anyone else.

Choose the service that suits you best

You can handle your personal transactions easily and securely on our digital services. To access these services, you identify yourself either with Mobile key or a key code list. Mobile key is available in the OP-mobile app.

OP Accessible – Easy and fuss-free basic banking services

If using digital services or getting online in the first place doesn’t quite feel natural to you yet, start with the OP Accessible online service (available in English). This service provides easy and fuss-free basic banking services. You can make payments and transfer money to your own account. You can also view your accounts, account balances and account transactions.

You can use OP Accessible on your computer or tablet.

Op.fi – the full-service online bank

At the moment, you are on the op.fi service that is available at www.op.fi. By logging into the op.fi service, you get access to diverse banking and insurance transactions (in Finnish). If you are familiar with digital services and like to handle your personal matters on a computer, start using the op.fi service.

You can make good use of op.fi also without logging in. You’ll find important news on the front page and can find out more about our services and products.

If you have a smartphone or a tablet, start using the OP-mobile app for handling your daily banking and insurance matters.

OP-mobile – an app for smartphones and tablets

If you’re used to using a smartphone or a tablet, it’s a good idea to handle banking and insurance matters on OP-mobile (available in English). You can download it to your device from the app store. On OP-mobile, you can follow up card transactions, view your loans, pay and confirm bills, track your account balances and transfer money easily from one account to another. Your insurance information is also available on OP-mobile, and in case of loss or damage, you can file a claim.

How to start using OP-mobile:

  1. Download OP-mobile for free from the app store of your smart device.
  2. Once you’ve downloaded the app, log in with your OP user ID and enter a key code.
  3. After that, activate Mobile key so that you can identify yourself and confirm payments on OP-mobile with a PIN code you’ve chosen yourself.
  4. Enable fingerprint or face login if your device supports this function. With this function, you’ll be able to log into the app.

If you don’t have an OP user ID yet, you can get one by booking an appointment at a bank branch. At the same time, you’ll receive a key code list. Bring a valid personal ID document with you.
